Family Law Overview

Family law includes a wide array of legal matters that affect people at a very fundamental, personal level.  Divorce, child custody, modifications, adoptions and pre-marital agreements are all emotional matters. Sometimes the issues that bring you into our office are not voluntary and that makes it all the more difficult.

Albright has over 40 years of experience in all areas of family law and litigation, including extensive experience in complex asset and liability dissolution cases.

Our goal is to try to keep the relationship between family members civil, particularly if there are children involved.  However, we will use whatever legal tools are available to advance our client’s position.
